Semiconductor Photomask Defect Analysis Tools:

• ADAS (Automated Defect Analysis System) automates defect analysis and review. ADAS will measure, classify, do simulation and disposition a whole inspection in 3 seconds and send you the results by email. It also gives you a suite of tools for manual analysis.
• PDMS (Photomask Defect Measurement System) produces extraordinarily accurate measurements of defects and CDs, using images from photomask inspection tools and from microscopes.
